Some trees have to come down: dead or dying, cracked by a storm, leaning toward the house, or simply growing where the new garage needs to go. Taking one down safely near a home, a driveway, or a power line is a job for the right equipment and someone who does it every week.
Reinhardt Tree Service removes trees of all sizes around Hale and across Iosco, Ogemaw, Alcona, Arenac & Oscoda Counties. Tell us where the tree is and what is around it, and we will look at it and put a number in writing.
What's included
- Full tree removal, from single yard trees to problem trees near structures
- Sectional take-downs where there is no room to drop a tree whole
- Bucket truck access for tall or hard-to-climb trees
- Limbs and trunk wood cut up and hauled away, or left for firewood if you want it
- Stump grinding available with the removal
How it goes
Look at the tree
We look at the tree, what is under and around it, and how the equipment can reach it.
Written estimate
You get the price in writing before anything is cut.
Take-down and cleanup
The tree comes down in the way the site allows, the wood is hauled or stacked, and the yard is raked out.
Tree Removal questions
How do I know if a tree needs to come down?
Dead limbs across most of the crown, a trunk that is hollow or cracked, fungus at the base, or a new lean after a storm are the usual signs. If you are not sure, have us look at it; sometimes trimming is the answer instead.
Can you remove a tree that is close to my house?
Yes. Trees near structures are taken down in sections, lowered piece by piece, and often reached from the bucket truck instead of dropped whole.
What happens to the wood?
Your choice: we haul everything away, or we cut the trunk into firewood lengths and leave it for you.
