Stay out from under it, keep people and pets away, and call us. If a power line is involved, call the utility before anyone touches anything.
Should I cut up a downed tree myself?
Be careful. Storm-downed trees and limbs are under tension and can spring or roll when cut. Leave anything large, elevated, or near a structure to us.
Can a storm-damaged tree be saved?
Sometimes. Losing a few limbs is survivable; a split trunk or most of the crown gone usually is not. We tell you honestly which case yours is.
